Make a Halloween Character from Quilled Paper
Learn all about the origins of Halloween and its symbols and make pumpkins, bats, witches, ghosts, etc. from small rolls of paper, a technique known as quilling. You will need to cut strips of paper, roll them up and assemble them to make splendid 3D decorations.
